You have to move ur foot/toes slightly under ur frame/chainring/crank or whatever it fits under to keep the bike afloat!<BR/>I find throwing them when ur on the way down and letting the bike hit the floor and rolling for a few seconds before putting my hands back on is easier than throwing at the peak and catching in the air...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
