barspins

bin tryin to do em all day, but now, my bars are scratched, my hands cut, my knees are swollen, and i still cant even do a rolling barspin!i hate angus!

3rd time I learnt them my seat was low. You have to move ur foot/toes slightly under ur frame/chainring/crank or whatever it fits under to keep the bike afloat!
I find throwing them when ur on the way down and letting the bike hit the floor and rolling for a few seconds before putting my hands back on is easier than throwing at the peak and catching in the air...

thats literally the opposite to what every other 'how-to' has said, iv read chase deharts tips on em, n i ride a similar setup to him,n i reckon im gettin closer!

"As you leave the ground, take off one hand and grab the frame, then throw the bars as hard as you can and catch with the same hand, land with other hand still on frame and then replace"
I also find it easier to do a three quarter x-up and then let go too!
